COALTAR S 60ML LOTION belongs to a medication called 'keratolytic agent' primarily used to treat skin conditions like psoriasis, dandruff, and control seborrheic dermatitis (scaly patches and red skin on the scalp). COALTAR S 60ML LOTION reduces the hardening, thickening, and scaling of the skin. Psoriasis is a skin disorder in which skin cells multiply up to 10 times faster than usual, leading to skin build-up into bumpy (uneven) red patches covered with white scales. These commonly appear on the scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back.

Direction to Use
Lotion/Ointment: Gently rinse the affected area with saline or water before applying the product. Pat the skin and dry it with a clean cotton towel. Apply a generous amount of lotion/ointment and spread it evenly on the skin's affected areas to form a 1/8-inch thick layer with clean and dry hands. You can also apply it with a piece of clean cotton wool or gauze swab. Wash your hands before and after using it on the affected areas unless the treatment is for hands. Soap: Work the soap into a nice lather and apply it to the affected areas with your hands. Gently massage in circular motions and rinse off with clean water.Scalp solution/Shampoo: Apply a generous amount on the wet scalp and gently massage until it produces a lather. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and repeat if necessary.
